Our production factory consists of 6 main buildings with 30, 000 square meters. As for facilities, we have 400 sets more in various types of tin making machineries that enable us to make in different shapes of tin packaging boxes. Our production capacity per annum is reached to 30 millions pcs. All of our products are built by our in house molding department, which is able to deal with all kinds of new tooling methods and create innovative packaging boxes to customers. Unipack believes that success enterprise relies heavily on people, all of 400 workers and 50 management staffs are well trained and experienced in the industry.
Our printing factory equipped two brand new Japanese made fuji-primax 452 offset printing machine & brand new varnishing machine.
Having solely owned printing facilities, we can fully control the printing schedule with no need to rely on sub-contractors. In addition, our printing performance is reliable to ensure precised and delicated printing products outcome.
Together with marketing teams in our hong kong and France offices, we provide one stop services from receiving orders, printing and production to shipments.
